“I received service from Erin (Belanger)? yesterday on my 2016 Ford Edge. She helped me out tremendously with a problem with my “engine splash guard” under the vehicle that was dragging after losing a couple of bolts. This happened on the highway as I was driving to a Dr appointment. I was 30 miles from home and it was so nice to know that I was in good hands with Erin. I had called before arriving and she told me to come on in and ask for her. My visit was seamless and she/service dept had me out the door within 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me. I was dumbfounded as this type of service is simply not seen anymore. I told her I shop local but had previously purchased a Ford from them years ago and would certainly come back to them for a future purchase due to the 5 star customer experience!”
